Corsair XMS3000 or XMS3200??which is better?

Hi im thinking about buying one of these sticks of ram...but am sort of confused about which one to get....here's an excerpt from the specs for the cms3000
-
The CMX512-3000C2 is built using the same components as the CMX512-3200, and will provide the user with very similar performance. However, it is tested with more aggressive latency settings, as many customers prefer to configure their systems that way. The CMX512-3000C2 is tested using the following settings:
Memory bus speed: 2x185 MHz
CAS latency: 2.0 clock cycles
RAS precharge: 3 cycles
RAS-to-CAS delay: 3 cycles
RAS active to precharge: 6 cycles
Command rate: 1T (1 cycle)
Population: 1 module/system

And and excerpt for the XMS3200

-Memory bus speed: 2x200 MHz
CAS latency: 2.5 clock cycles
RAS precharge: 3 cycles
RAS-to-CAS delay: 3 cycles
RAS active to precharge: 6 cycles
Command rate: 2T (2 cycles)
Population: 1 module/system

My question is....will the 3200 be able to run at the low cas latency of 2.0 at 3000(2x185) speeds? which stick is better? would be able to overclock better at the lcas of 2.0? because the xms3000 stick is 20 bucks more expensive than the xms3200 ram. And I would assume that the xms3200 would be able to run at the same speeds as the xms3000 speeds.....but im not sure. So if anyone has any idea please give me some input..THANKS!!

I would choose the 3200. Looks as though the Cas. Latency is only .5 slower, but allows for a BUS SPEED of 200MHz. I would tend to believe it would run at CAS2 @ 185. (IMO)

Yeh, i reckon it would run 185 with cas2 no problems.

basically i would say this is like some of the pc133 modules. They are cas2 @ 100, or cas3 @ 133. These ones look to be cas2 @ 185, or cas2.5 @ 200. To me it sounds like the same prduct with a different label, go for the cheaper one in my opinion.
