What's best ram for my MOBO

I have a XFX790I ultra and was wondering what i should get for Ram to make this thing blazing fast. right now i have OCZ special ops ddr3. not sure what the Frequency on it is though. What's your opinion? Keep in mind that i am going to upgrade to Windows 7 when it comes out. I use my computer for Graphic Design and Gaming
