| CPU Heatsink/Fan For Overclocking?
Hi all I'm really new to overclocking and I was wondering what would be the best cpu heatsink/fan for my setup. I want to try and hit around 3.4Ghz or higher. My setup is listed below which I already have put together just need a better cpu heatsink/fan.
OCZ Reaper 4GB(2x2GB)
AMD Phenom II X3 710 2.6GHz Socket AM3
ASUS M4A78-E
EVGA Geforce GTX 260 Core 216
Antec Three Hundred Illusion ATX Mid
Antec EarthWatts EA650 650W |

Link works for me...
And TBH, I wouldn't expect that cooler to keep up especially if you play to overclock. Those are just barely better then the stock coolers.
My suggestion would be for the Mugen II, or maybe the Core Contact Freezer. |

Its really that bad of a cooler? Because I don't want to waste my time installing it, I just figured at the price it would be good enough? |

Are you planning on overclocking? If so, I'd really suggest something different.
I've never heard anything good about those coolers. A member of the folding team bought one when they were uber cheap a year ago or so, and he ended up taking it back the next day. |

Yes I plan to overclock that why I'm trying to get a better heatsink/fan before I start. |
