Standoffs. It is easier to make a template for the holes unless you are already wired in. Don't forget the thermal paste that allows for more heat transfer FROM the cpu TO the heat sink. Don't get carried away with the stuff, stay back about 1/8" from the edge so it won't squeeze out onto the CPU pins. And thread the screws like putting on a car tire. One, then go diagonal, then repeat and don't tighten all the wat until the last turns. Makes a big difference in heat transfer.
