upgrade and cpu support question

ok here is problem , i don't feel like doing this upgrade but i have to .. you know family ...

well the motherboard is nf-m2pv he doesn't want to spend more than 70 $ to do the upgrade . the cpu that is in the motherboard now is a AMD le-1620 . what do you thing i should do . all he does with the pc is play wow and surf . the video card is BFG Tech - BFG NVIDIA GeForce GTS 250 OC 512MB PCIe 2.0.

i was looking around online in that price range this is what i came up with

fry's , i have 2 within 10 miles of me , has these on there web site . i will have to call and see if they have them in the local store the site says .

all these cpu's seem to be supported by the motherboard , as per this site

anybody have anything better to add or just plain tell me what to do so if he don't like it i can play dumb and blame it on a screen name on the internet
i would like to get it from fry's so i don't have to wait to ship . so i am leaning towards one of those

if it were me, I'd go for th first one, the X2 7850, its 2.8GHz, 100 MHz faster than the other and for almost half the price.
