Need HELP!! with RAM/CPU Upgrade

I recently bought a Gateway W322 notebook for $100? I can't find any info on it online and it seems like Gateway didnt make very many of these. It is fairly slow and i dont know how much I would be able to upgrade on it. Here are the specs...

Processor: Intel Celeron M 360J 1400 MHz
Motherboard: Gateway M250
RAM: 2 x 256 DDR2-533 SDRAM (Samsung)
HDD: HTS424040M9AT00 (40GB)

What is the deal with this laptop? Why is there no info on it? I found only one auction with this listed online. I would like to put a faster processor in it but I can't find any info on the motherboard. Someone please help instead of just giving me links to other sites.

The only W322 I can find keeps coming up as a Winbook brand notebook instead of Gateway.
