Well in that same link I provided above you can download the BIOS drivers.... you used to have to flash them by floppy disk, but I think you can use a CD/pendrive... I would read up on it as you could kill your board if done incorrectly... (as long as you follow the intructions you will be fine).. Just don't cut the power to the board during flash or you will brick it....

Generally if the BIOS is not written for a particular CPU it will not run it.
As far as BIOS updates, the general recommendation is if you don't need the update don't do it.
It's not that the update will hurt anything, it is that if the update fails to install. you could have a dead motherboard.
I'm brave and have updated the BIOS on every board That I ever had, maybe 100.
I only had 1 failure, my own stupid fault, and a new BIOS chip fixed it.

Im alittle confused by the chart. So I found my current processor according to the CPU code its 7599v.11.zip. I dont know which code I will have for the new CPU so I'll wait for it to come in, but I should download the file according to whichever cpu code I get right? | |

Most of the time you will want the latest version as it will have everthing all the previus versions had... | |
