for SLI you'll need an SLI compatible Motherboard, and you'll need a 2nd 8800GT.

but with the way things are right now, you'd be better off just selling the 8800GT you have now and get a single better card like a GTX 260 or 275. you'd get better performance from one of those than run 2 8800GT's in SLI, and if you come across a game you like that is Not optimized for SLI, (may be optimized better for Crossfire, or may not even cope well at all with Multiple GPU's), you'd be grateful for having a single GPU card thats more powerful as well.
