You can bump your FSB a little by 3~5MHz steps, till you reach a point when it can`t take it no more (it will crash your system or feeze it or refuse to start at all ) ... Then you can try few more tweaks, like voltage and memory voltage too ...

Unlocking the multiplier by connecting the L1 bridge is a little hard to be done.. so you might stick with the FSB..

Check the stability with few burn-in tests and keep an open eye on the temps ...

Regards

What is your MoBo .. if it can take XP2100+ then i think its new .. right?
You can bump the FSB from the BIOS (press Delete while booting up) ..

But!! your CPU is HOT man .. you have to lower the temps before you think about OCing that little beast ...

It will give you a load of problems if you OC it at that high temp ..

No it is not normal .. its really hot ..

My XP1900+ OCed @142MHz FSB will never reach 50c at full load ..

The temp is usually 40~42C full load ... using volcano 7+ with arctic silver ...

What HS are you using now? did you remove the thermal pad on the HS base? how hot is your case?

You need to change the HS to a better quality one ...
I think (but not sure) that they used the default HS of XP or a cheapo one with a generic thermal paste ..

If you want to OC, then you have to think about changing the HS to get better results ... with your mean temps you will not be able to go so far (if at all) ...

ThermalTake Volcano 7+ or CoolerMaster HHC-001 heat sinks are good and will give you nice results ... don`t forget to get Arctic Silver 3 because it is the best thermal paste in the market ..

BTW, how big is you power supply that you have in that case? and who is the make of your RAM? (check the manuals or the shop website or open the case and detect by yourself )
The above are very important factors for successful OCing ...

edit> you can check your temps in the BIOS also .. or use MBM5.1 .. very useful nice little monitoring utility .. you have to conigure it and set the sensors up before using it ..
Check the website for more info about your MoBo`s sensor chips ..
