If you do not want to give your credit card to eBay you can ask someone that usually buys something online to buy it for you and you give him money. Or try to look for it in your local computer shop.

But the big question is whether that M620 will work with their laptop: changin laptop processors

The M620 will most likely work, just make sure the BIOS has been updated to the latest version. It's possible the CPU was released after the manual was printed (that was the case with my Intel Compaq notebook & a bunch of newer CPUs).

Search ebay's CPU section for "Turion II". I spotted a couple M500's.

As most of us are from the united states its highly unlikely that any of us would know any places to buy one. As I mentioned in your previous post eBay was about the only place here that I could find them so I'd assume it would be even more difficult to find them over there.
