Overclocking E7200 core 2 duo CPU
Hi all
Can somebody please give me some advice - I need help overclocking an E7200 with Asrock motherboard. Never done this to a high level in past through a BIOS, only software through windows. I am familiar with how with most voltages etc work. Just would like some advice to be safe, I need extra power but im not looking for absolute maximum as i also want my CPU to last. My spec is as follows:
E7200 core 2 Duo - Skt 775 - with Inel cooler made for core2 & quad etc.
Asrock G41C - VS Motherboard - 1333FSB - Dual channel DDR2
Nvidia (sparkle) 8800 GTX 768MB PCI-E
Alpha power 750watt PSU - dual 12v rails
Corsair XMS2 Dominator PC 6400 - 2 x 1GB sticks
Sata 250gig HDD
