Memory Frequency??
My Motherboard Manual lists acceptable Memory as 240-pin DDR2 Unbuffered / Non-ECC SDRAM with Frequencies of PC2-4200, PC2-5300, PC2-6400 and PC2-8500
I'm fine with the first few items but I don't remember ever seeing a spec called "frequency" before. What is that and what is it referring to?
I'm sorry if it's a dumb question but perhaps I'll be allowed to chalk it up to old age

It is the input, clock speed.
DDR2 3200 is 100Mhz
DDR2 4200 is 133Mhz

Stroyal - Thanks for that Wikipedia link. That was enough to get me started in understanding the "frequency" spec, while further references therein to the websites of a Testing Lab and two (2) Manufacturers kinda laid it out pretty nicely for me.
All that remains now if for me to factor in the absorption rate of this snow-covered (no pun intended - well maybe....) brain's database
Thanks again stroyal.

at least you have some space between them so the primary card has some air flow to it. 75-80C is about average for temps on those, my 560 Ti's do about the same in a lot of games, some games run...
Temps too high? ( GTX 580s )
