Will using two different RAM cards cause any issues?

I'm wanting to add some more RAM and I found a good deal on these:
    Newegg.com - Kingston 4GB 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10600) Desktop Memory Model KVR1333D3N9/4G

My motherboard is an MSI 770-c45:
    Newegg.com - MSI 770-C45 AM3 AMD 770 ATX AMD Motherboard

    And my current RAM is:
    Newegg.com - OCZ Gold 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory Model OCZ3G16004GK

I can see that the voltage has a .2 difference and the speed is a little different, but I'm assuming the higher RAM will just clock down to match the lower RAM speeds? Will these two cards work together?

I think it should work, but like you said the clock speed will clock down to match the lowest speed.

First off, If yer running an OS that isn't 64 bit, you will not be able to use the extra RAM. Also, You don't say whether yer gonna add 2 of the new RAM sticks, but I would highly recommend it...

Yes, I am running Win 7 x64. And at the time of making this topic, I didn't read the page carefully. I didn't realize that the Kingston is only one stick. Either way if that extra stick helps then I'll be happy.

but if you have 2 sticks current and will add only 1, you WILL drop back from dual to single channel, severely hampering your memory bandwidth.

    ALWAYS install in pairs
