Magic Fleace, is it worth it?

Ok, I am trying to go all out stealth here, while keeping sensable temps.
Right now I am running my Athlon XP 1700+, in my Nobelse with case temps ranging from 27-31 C (depending on ambient), and CPU temps running at 42-47 C (idle), 48-51 (load).

The system is pretty lound as it is now, eventhough I am using a Zelman Copper HS (not the flower type).
Now what are your impressions of Magic Fleece?
in one review I read, the guy said that it did a great job of quieting his system, but he took a 4 C hit in case temps.
Now He was using a CooerMaster Aluminum, I don't think my Steel Noblesse would take such a drastic hit, but I want your opinions, is it worth it.

Also would putting a side fan (hitting the PCI and AGP card) help my case temps as well as getting rid of the fan guards that came standard on the case and replacing them with much less air restrictive ones, and how much of a noise raise would I get.

i have tried my best to stealth one of my machines and al is great except i can now hear my hard drives!
i use a coolermaster fujiyama heatsink silent as anything! they make a similar one for amd systems an ennermax psu which has a knob on the back for turning the fans down silent! my case contains 6 80mm fans 2 front suckin, 2 back blowin, one side cooling the graphics card and one at the top. these babys run at 1000rpm and are almost silent they are made by SUPER FLOWER. If you want to quiet your machine down i wouldnt bother with the magic fleece i dont think it is all that good, though it is kinda cheap and if it didnt do anything, use it to dampen vibration from the underside of the case!

Seems like a brilliant idea to me. I've read of couple reviews that said it worked great. Not exactly sure why thekemp is against it, but I'd give it a shot if you looking for ultra quiet machine.

Well I ordere the bloody thing, from coolerguys.com, should get it soon.
Will post updates and impresions when my system is up and running.
This might take a while, since I am RMAing my Soyo Dragon mobo, and they are not the fastest people around for turnaround time.
Hell took me a week just to find out how to RMA the bloody thing.
