    Question xp multiplier unlockability

well, now that i ve built a nice stable system,i guess i m gonna have to start messing with it since it runs so good. (makes no sense, does it?? ) i agree....but

i am curious if the xp 1500 thru oh 1800 cpu s can be still unlocked as far as multipliers go. i m thinking of either purchasing another cpu, havent decided which one as of yet, and either install that one stock, and try to unlock the 1500 that i have,or leave the 1500 alone and unlock the new one i may purchase.
***whew*** i m getting a headache just rereading that

anyone here have any luck with the unlocking procedure??? i have been reading up on it and found a kit for around 13 bucks with in structions, etc,so i m willing to try it. if it doesnt work,i can always wipe it clean and use it on my "next" project aka COW(unbeknownst to wifey as of present)

    many tanks,eh??
