Well, I got it
By reaplying Arctic Silver II and switching the direction of 2 case fans I was able to lower my 1.2G T-Bird temp from a 58*C to a nice, cool 47*C
. I'm happy with that. I have a Volcano II blowing on the CPU, 3 small HD fans blowing in and cooling my 7200RPM 40GB IBM 60GXP DeathStar, an old PSU Fan blowing from the back into the case (right by the HSF intake place) and a fan mounted on the side of the case that's blowing it all out. This is the best configuration I could work out, but darn, my system is loud. Luckily, knock on wood, it isn't freezing or anything

Nah, 47degrees isn't enough to cause condensation. Otherwise you wouldn't be posting this...well, at least not in a happy manner
