How do i install a uPGA (mobile) CPU

I just bought a mobile P3 700 to replace my celeron 600 that i currently use in my laptop.

It doesn't have a ZIF socket but the manufacturer has told me that it's possible to upgrade it so it's not soldered to the motherboard. But how do i remove the celeron and install the P3?

I think i could need some pictures

Also since the mobile celeron uses a 100mhz FSB just as the P3
will the extra 128kb cache and 100mhz really make a difference ?
