Specs:

AMD XP 1800 T-bred Retail
Stock HS and Fan

ECS K7S5A
Cheepo OCWorkbench Bios

Crucial PC133

I managed to get it up to 147/147 for 1.69 GHz at 37C. At 150/150 it reboots as soon as it gets to the windows desktop. I think it is a voltage or ram issue. I don't know if I am going to mess with those or not. Now my XP1800 posts as an XP2000

I've got the same setup, and the same problem, except I have a 1700+ at 147 FSB and that posts as a 2000+. (even though it only runs at 1617mhz)
It isn't as easy to up the voltage on the XPs 'cos of the weird bridges, but I think the pattern for the voltage is still the same. Try setting it to 100/150 and see if the RAM fails you.
