So a T-Bred B 2200+ would be 66mhz faster than a T-Bred A 2200+?

Yeah, but I'm pretty sure that the 2200+ is the only processor no one's seen a B-version of for some reason. |

I dont know about the other people out there, i asked AMD the same question and this is what I got....
Hello Dale,
Thank you for contacting AMD's Technical Service Center.
There is no performance difference between these different cored
processors.
Hope this helps. If you have any other questions, please feel free to
contact me.
Sincerely,
Jeff

Yeah, but that's if you run them at stock speed. I guarantee you there's no way you're going to get a 1700+ palomino running as fast as my 1700+ TBredB, regardless of your cooling system. |

There is significant difference between the two in their overclockability (T-Bred A and T-Bred B).
Please note the link I posted above because it tells what you need to find a TBred B and which speeds have them.
I just got a Athlon 2100+ TBred B (guaranteed to be B) from Newegg for $93 shipped. It is OCing so far to 2400+. It stops there because my mobo doesn't give me the options to go higher (ECS K7S5A CHEEPO BIOS).
Linkage to NewEgg.com (it is the first of the two processors): http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProduc...alue=4159,3902 |

What would the ID be if it were a Palomino? |
