Change the FSB from 100 to 133 in the BIOS.
100(FSB)*12.5(multiplier)=1250
133(FSB)*12.5=1667 (where it should be)

And replace the battery if it's low...

The battery low and cmos memory are normally shown on this board when powered on the first time build or boot-up.
It should not reappear after this.
It will also show this if you change the cpu at a later date.

I've got the same setup ken and once you follow those steps it'll work fine.

The Cmos setting wrong (battery low) was a error in a version of the BIOS, a flash to a new version will correct it, (my dad's did the same thing, every time it was restarted, it's an error with it not saving settings.)

This will probably allow it to stick at 133/133)
