Hello, I have a K7S5A board... Im running a AMD 1800+ at 2100+.
All that I did, was download a program called CHFSB. what it does is lets you change the FSB in the bios... aparently the BIOS has settings like 150/150, but they didn't include it in the actual BIOS. So what this program lets you do is access those settings. And no need to flash BIOS. check it out. | |

Here's a pretty good step by step on how to flash your bios from ECS. http://www.ecsusa.com/downloads/flashAMI.html
If you're going to flash your bios, flash it with the newest bios instead of the OC'ing bios. It will support up to an XP2600+ with the latest bios. Buy a faster chip. Oops, forgot the link.
