pc3200 or 3500.

would it be more efficient to run 2 sticks of ddr3200 along side with a 800mhz fsb p4, and overclock it from there?
or would it be better with 2 sticks of ddr3500 with the same processor and overclock??
this is going into a canterwood board btw.
thanks,
franklinz

as high as i can go! but i heard in a few posts that its more efficient to get ram that matches the speed of the fsb of the processor then overclock, but then i read this article at ipkonfig.com and began to think http://www.ipkonfig.com/Reviews/Memo...MS3500C/Page3/

Smaller meg sticks oc more efficiently if maximizing your oc is the ultimate goal...

so 2 sticks of 256 will over clock better than a single stick of 512??
also my main question is whether or not to get ram that matches the fsb of the processor, or get ram with a higher clock then start overclocking??
thanks,
franklinz
