temp reading ?

ok so i got my ecs k7s5a pro out of the box slapped in some pc133 256mb and threw on the xp2000 palamino and a ThermalRight CB-6L hs with a 80mm fan sitting on top so at first I'm looking at my temps in bios and its sitting idle at 45-50c and I'm thinking no way POS hs right well I d/l mbprobe and it says cpu is running at 32c what gives wich should I trust? no problems so far just don't want there to be any i'm installing speedfan in just a min to see what type of temps I get from that

Are you sure mbprobe is reading the right sensor? That could be your system temperature (mb chipset) instead of cpu.

I'm not sure I'm installing speedfan really quick to see what that says maybe I'll get it figured out

doh I'm really smart might help if I read the instructions...I'm looking at the wrong temp I'm running at 48c according to speedfan or at least I'm assuming thats the right one....temp number 3 is cpu right?

Err.. I have no idea what speedfan is. And mbprobe has to be configured for each motherboard differently (I think), there are loads of options but there should be help also.

If your system temp is reading 100c and cpu temp 40c you bet the sensors are switched
