Air Duct or Standard Setup

Ok I am runing an Athlon XP 1700 in my Nobelese case with 2 intake fans, 2 outtake and one side, and a Volcano 7 HSF.
My temps are 35C case and 40 CPU idle, but can go to 40C case and 45C CPU. Now the CPU temps I am not worried about too much, but I would like to lower the noise of my PC. I got a Fan bus so I can silance my 5 Fans, but the Volcano is still making a bit too much noise for me when it goes to 4000 RPM (which it does a lot). So I figure I either change my HSF to the CoolerMaster Aero 7, or just get a Badong duct system.
Now has anyone had experiance with this, should I think about it or is this all just a waste of $40 US, and I should just get the CoolerMaster instead.

Thanks guys.

I hate the stock Volcano Fan...way too noisy.
I replaced my V7 fan with a temp controled led fan.
Bought it from www.svcompucycle.com
Cheap, quiet and cools just as good.

Lightbulb

Just drill a 3" hole in the side of the case with a holesaw directly over the CPU fan and run a tube from the hole to the CPU fan. The fan of the CPU will suck the outside air into it & there is no additional fan noise. This lowers the temp quite a bit(at least the temp difference between the case temp & outside air temp)
