That Soyo A730 barebone will handle an AMD chip up to 2000 ghz. You chip (AMD DURON 1.2GHZ) should work fine.

Here are a couple of links for you:

Mike

EDIT: notice on the last link which has the processor chart that your barebone board will handle a Duron up to 1.3GHz.

does my video card have to be that compatibility

Model XP/Thoroughbred* XP/Palomino* Thunder Bird Duron
K7ADA N/A 2100+ 1.4GHz 1.3GHz

the cpu i ordered is a

AMD Duron 1.30GHz-OEM-Socket A

Operating Speed : 1.3GHz
L1 Cache: 128KB
Bus Speed : 200Mhz
L2 Cache: 64KB
Enhanced 3D Now : Yes
Form Factor : SOCKET A

im wondering if it will be able to work, cause i just had to cancel an order that was 1 hour away to being shipped and i need to know before this gets shipped and i have to return it and still pay the shipping.

Socket A is Socket A is Socket A. Any socket A processor. The physical socket is all the same. As long as the board supports the processors, in this case up to Athlon XP up to 2100+, Duron to 1.3 GHz, or Thunderbird to 1.4 GHz, you're fine.

EDIT: and yes, the board has a 4x AGP slot, so that video card should work fine.

If you didn't buy the chip already, and can afford just a few more dollars, get yourself an Athlon XP 1700 for $50.00 from newegg. Awesome chip for the price
