athlon xp2200 cpu

hi guys i just went and bought a xp2200 cpu installed it on my msi k7t turbo2 motherboard. in the manuel it tells me my default setting for the cpu is set at 100mhz and to let a cpu run at 133mhz i need to remove the jumper on my board so i did when i start up and it goes to the post it tells me warning cpu speed has changed goto cmos and change it but for some odd reason i really dont know how to do this any help in this would really help me

All you should have to do is hit the delete key when the computer is POSTing, that will take you into the cmos/bios setup and just save the new settings. I believe thats all its asking you to do.
