Chaintech 7KJD MOBO 55c with DC!

OK,
I have a Chaintech 7KJD MOBO with an Athlon "C" 1.4
I am not OC'ing it at all, but I'm running ECCp and UD Think
It seems to be running solid at 55c
Is this high?
I have a front fan, and a slot fan below the video
I dont know what the CPU fan is, friend built it for me.

Is 55 degrees C too hot? or is that an OK temp......
I might try to OC it this week, but dont wanna fry anything

I would say that's a tad bit hot for a non-OC'd chip.. mine is OC'd and it never hits 48C at load.

Did you check to see if you might have put too much thermal paste on the core? Are these temps from your Mobo thermistor or a LCD Temp monitor... sometimes your temp monitors on your Mobo lie mine is off about 5-7c and I've heard some people whoz temp sensors are WAY off like about 10-20c off.
