Well this depends largely on the RAM you have and if you have an unlocked CPU. If your CPU is unlocked, you can simply change the multiplier in the BIOS to increase your speed. If it is not and until you unlock the CPU, you will have to rely on Front Side Bus (FSB) overclocking. FSB overclocking offers the best overall performance increase, but tends to be limited. The FSB is too changed in the BIOS. I would suggest taking your FSB to between 138 and 143 MHz and see if it posts. Moderate voltage increases may be necessary up to 1.95v with good cooling is fine.
