Cool
A few oc questions...

My rig:

1.4g athlon
ficad11 mobo @ 133(266) fsb
256 ddr
genforce3 ti200
turtle beach santa cruz
40g seagate ata100 hd
7462 3d mark 2001 score

Anyways... I was wondering, is 44 C a good temp for my t-bird under load? Also, I want to bump up the mhz a little. My multiplier is at 10.5. Can I just bump the multiplier to 11 to get a few more mhz? If not, give me some suggestions. Thanx in advance!!

P.S. I just wanna a FEW mhz, I don't want to make a 2.0ghz out of it!!

If you up the multiplier to 11, you'll get up to 1463mhz as your FSB is running @ 133mhz. If unstable conditions present themselves, up the voltage being put to the processor. Don't be scared of it, you won't fry anything. The max is 1.85v which is usually the sweet spot. Sometimes is 1.80v too. Have fun.

Exclamation

I would also try to keep below 52C. The chips are indeed rated to about 90C but thats too high for my tastes. 52-54C would be the max, I say.

Thanx Vorte[x]!! The voltage running in my chip (@1396) now is 1.80v. This may sound silly but being from a newb... will 1463mhz put me up over the 50C mark?

It was @ 44C under full load before the OC, so it shouldn't reach over 50C which just a 67mhz increase

you should be fine cooling-wise as long as you put a good heat sink and fan onto your proc and you have good case ventillation...
