Between PRICE FOR ONLINE ORDERS ONLY - Athlon (Tbird) 1.4GHz Socket A, (266Mhz FSB) Stepping AYHJA - OEM and PRICE FOR ONLINE ORDERS ONLY - 1.4GHz Athlon(TBird) Socket- A (266Mhz FSB)-OEM.
Will the Ayhja stepping allow more OC'ing?
Sorry don't know AMD steppings yet.

The AYHJA is a newer chip, and supposed to be a better overclocker. If the price difference isn't too big, I'd go for the AYHJA.
