Athlon identification?

I remember a while back there was a post where someone needed to identify a processor and somebody posted a link to a site where you could plug in the three lines of codes on the chip and it would tell you everything about it. I tried searching through the old threads to no avail. I googled it and couldn't find the site. If anyone knows the site or remembers seeing it, please help me find it.
