Upgrading my server...

I currently have a Compaq 5170 with a 357mhz processor running Windows XP and being used as a server for my website. I won't to be able to temporarily host games too so I think I should buy a new processor. Now I'm not sure which type of processor I should buy and which type will be able to be used with my current mobo and all. Here is some information jmebonner got me and I'm not really sure where to go from there.

I tryed searhcing for a Celeron 1000, is that 1ghz? Newegg only had 1.2 and above.
