The U in model means bolt through. Its commen on any good mobo for oclocking. Almost all Nf2's have bolt holes. My Asus A7n8x deluxe has them-the epox 8rda+ aswell. Abit I believe does. Lots of others.

My Shuttle AN35N-Ultra has them also.

But... I'm going to stick with my Alpha 8045 with a Vantec Thermoflow 42cfm. I see 44°C fully loaded and it's nice and quiet.
