What waterblock?

I have a 2600+ and my current koolance system is just not cutting it. I have figured out that my waterblock is the bottle neck. I was wondering what block I should use? Swift-tech? I do know about the whole 1/4-1/2 thing.

Im using a swiftech 1/2" seems to do the job well, 30c idle 40C load. but thats on a p4 2.6 @2.9 dunno what the temps are like on the bartons.
