help me choose which ram?

for my system (Asus A7N8X Dlx with XP 2500+, Radeon 9700 Pro, SATA hard drives), which nice pair of ram should I choose? I'm going to overclock, but I don't know anything about timings.....

all these have a bandwidth of 3.2GB/s
