| How do I test my new computer ???
I've just assembled a new computer and was wondering what is the best testing software to check out it's reliability.
The parts:
ASbit NF-7_S Mbd Rev 2.0
AMD XP 2500 Barton @ 2100 Mhz
1 Gig Corsiar XMS Pro 3200 DDR ( 2x 512 ) In dual channel mode
160 Gb Western Digital Hdd
GForce FX5200
Liteon CDRW/DVD
Antec case w/ 350 watt PS
Generic CD Rom and floppy
Blackout Buster UPS
Microsoft Optical mouse
HP PSC 750
I've brought the FSB up to 192, the core voltage to 1.7, DDR voltage to 2.8 and set the memory timings on "aggresive"
Idle CPU temp is 34 C according Winbond Hardware Doctor.
What program can I use to test it's stability and see what temp's the CPU will run under stress??
Thanks for any input |

How about SiSoft Sandra 04? They have a burn in testing suite where it will run loops and stop when failure occurs to prevent hardware damage. http://www.sisoftware.net/ |
