Netzero hijacked my autosearch

Is there a spyware remover that can un-hijack or fix my IE browser.
I can't get hijack this to run and am not experienced with editing the registry.
I am hoping there is an ap like spybot S&D or adaware that will fix this. I also tried installing MSN toolbar to no avail.
