iMESH removal

I am on a friends computer and the sucker is infected with iMESH.

Is there any way of removing it from the computer?

The computer is a Windows XP home SP1 with all updates.

I have tried the latest Spybot and Ad-ware and no luck.

Any help would be great... thanks.
