Question:
Is she getting infected by this trojan, or is Norton just giving her a warning that it is trying to get in?
Never used Norton myself, but I have used McAfee and CA's etrust. Both of these will give you a warning if a virus or trojan try to get into your system.
ie. when they block it.
Oh, and PresterJohn is correct ( in other thread). A firewall will not stop a trojan from infecting a system, it will however warn you that it is trying to get out.
ie. trying to access a port and such.
