Ebates?!

I have a computer that I am trying to clean up but there is a big warning that takes up the whole desktop that says something about how everyone can see what you are doing....just like the spyware popups except it is over the whole desktop and I cant close it. When I look at properties it mentions ebates but I'm having a hard time removing ebates. Someone help me please!
