Bullseye Network

I came across this nasty malware on my gaming partition. Its called Bullseye Network and it cant be uninstalled. I've tried the usual method of add/remove programs, but it just reproduces itself. There are other fourms out there on the internet that deal with just this problem, but no one has a permanent solution. I need any help I can get.

Question
Bullseye B.s.

im not sure why i cant remove it, but it shows up in a search after i tryed the add or remove method. ill give the safe boot a try, but i get a feeling it wont work. this thing is in my program files and i cant delete it from there ether. if i knew where to look in the regestry, i would try and remove it from there. let me tell you, this thing has changed some of my IE settings and has my gamming partition running slow as mud! thanks for the info and link.
