Since Installation, it says Zoen Alarm has blocked 3422 intrusion attempts and 4 of which have been high rated?

What does high rated mean... someone trying to hack my system? I've only had this program for 1 day. Should I be worried about the high rated attacks. I have used my credit card recently.

I bet the hits are from your ISP maintenance pings. Check the IP address against your ISP's IP.

What kind of a network are you on?

At RIT I get upwards of 1500 hits per day... 99% of it being netBIOS chatter on the LAN.
Looking at the log might help you tell what they actually are... but I doubt its anything to worry about.
