look at the emboldened section near the bottom. putting this in their phising emails makes me suspect these people have big brass ones

I got one of these recently. Very similar. Looked like your typical phishing e-mail to me. Reported it and Paypal verified it was fake. They reminded me that a REAL Paypal message will always contain my Paypal name in the salutation.
