Found a guest account listed on my computer?

I hope I put this in the right area.

Anyways, I was taking a look through Everest just looking at my system specs and stuff.
Anyways, I saw where it showed my users. It listed a guest account called cba_anonymous.
I had my computer hooked up wirelessly at someones house (I was the only one connected at that time) and connected. My computer was there for about 4 days. Again, in his house, I was the only one who had a computer cause his was not hooked up. I did not pay attention if there was someone tapped into our 'hotspot'.

Anyways, Here is what Everest lists.

Field Value
User Properties
User Name cba_anonymous
Full Name cba_anonymous
Comment Common Base Agnet Anonymous User
Member Of Groups Guests
Logon Count 20
Disk Quota -

User Features
Logon Script Executed Yes
Account Disabled No
Locked Out User No
Home Folder Required No
Password Required Yes
Read-Only Password No
Password Never Expires No

I have had my computer back at my house for about a week now. I just discovered this. The account does not show up when I log in. But if I go into the user accounts, its listed there. And I am not totally sure this happened while it was hooked up wirelessly. Ohh, and where I was located, its a smaller town, so its not like you see all these ppl finding hotspots to look for stuff.

As you can see, this account was accessed 20 times. I dont really know what they were doing. But as soon as I get a couple of replies on this, I am gonna remove the password and try to log in.... Hopefully. Otherwise I will just delete the account.
I will appreciate all feedback. Thanks!

Right click 'my computer'--click Manage. Look under 'local user groups' for that user name. You should be able to see the info regarding that account and safely delete it there.

I just deleted the account. I dont know who or what they were doing. I am checking for viruses/trojans/ etc as I speak. I just got done with a scan last night. After this, I will check for spyware. I do not think there is really anything wrong, but I like to be on the safe side...

The thing is, there was still your normal guest account. Then there was this other guest account that had a password and had been logged onto 20 times.
I deleted the account so I am not to sure if there is a way to view the times when they logged in....
