AVG compromised??
I use AVG free 7.0 in a few places..and lately the email scanner has been automatically deactivated on a few of them..has anyone noticed the same thing??

My email scanner is on.

I had the same problem also with AVG before. A simple uninstall and download again did the trick. Did you try that?

After an AVG software update the email scanner on my pc stopped working.
I could not fix it so I switched to Avast.

mine seems to be working, but usually the only email i get is newsletters from ebay, etc

use a yahoo account for anything i am worried about
