Neverending pop-ups/spyware

Alright, with two computers I've checked out, even after running Ad-Aware and Crap Cleaner, these things still keep coming. Pop-ups keep coming back and the same spyware that was quarantined and/or deleted the last time is back again.

I really don't know what I'm dealing with here.

Can someone help me out?

Are they appearing after the reboot or if you try a second cleanup?

if you're running win xp turn off system restore and boot to safe mode then run your spyware and anti-virus scans and delete the files

Then follow Richeemx... you will solve most off the recurring trojans that way...
