Help needed with ZoneAlarm

Since the latest upgrade of ZoneAlarm Pro, I can't get Google Earth to authenticate to its server. Can anybody tell me what settings I need to change to permit access? I've already allowed Google Earth what look like the full range of permissions, and I've even allowed popups (gaah).

By the way, I've got a similar problem with the Guardian crossword puzzles, which run under Java. I've allowed Java in ZoneAlarm, but it doesn't seem to make a difference; when I click the appropriate link, my browser seems to be trying to load the page, but it never gets there.

I don't know exactly, but with Find-a-Drug, Services and control apps ( all 4), and Generic host processes for win 32 services( first 2) seem to need to be checked also.
