what is a TAC level? Ad-aware reports on these but can't find explanation for it.

Lavasoft have explained the TAC (Threat Assessment Control) scale
on their website ' lavasoftresearch dot com/installation dot shtml '.
When you log in the above "lavasoftresearch" site, you will find
two main categories - 1) Installation guide 2) Usage guide.

Under the Usage guide you will find the following description -
TAC is based on a total of 10 points, 1 being the least and 10 being the most problematic. Inclusion in our database requires a TAC number of three or higher. TAC provides you with a detailed explanation as to why something was flagged by our software.
