Is this program ok?

I downloaded this program off the net for use my question is does it contain a virus?

http://www.earnaneasyincome.com/Test33.html

the reason im asking is a couple of days after installing and using, my virus checker detected a virus although i realise it could be from something else id really like someone in the know to advise me about the above program.

heres the log file from the incident of the virus being discovered

11/09/2005,10:57:56 WARNING: Contains signature of the Java script virus JS/Cobase.D!
C:\DOCUMENTS AND SETTINGS\PEMBO\LOCAL SETTINGS\TEMPORARY INTERNET FILES\CONTENT.IE5\K7MQ1F05\WOW[1].HTM
File has been deleted!

could anyone tell me what it is?

Good chance it came from the program if it is Java based.

Just going by the domain name, I wouldn't have touched it in the first place. Reeks of sleeze.

It's a backdoor downloader from what I could gather from the non english sites that popped up in a google search for "JS/Cobase.D"

I don't think they are related. The location of the infected virus is your temporary internet files. If it came from you installing the program, it would done a lot more. Its more likely you browsed a site that dropped it on your system, probably today.
