Zone Alarm question

I use the free version of Zone Alarm. I habe had nothing bad to say about it except now, after I lost my OS and reinstalled.

I keep getting an alert about a TCP 5000 scan from IP 198.168.01 . Every time I log onto the web it comes up, sometimes twice.Sometimes even when I'm not online I'll get that alert. Zone Alarm says that it's blocked access to my computer from this address, but that's not the problem.

Sometimes, when I go on the web and this occurs, I can't actually get on. When I try to, I get the above mentioned alert from Zone Alarm, and the 'ole "This page cannot be found..." message. If I get the alert while I'm offline, I can't get on when I try to. I restart my computter and it's fine.

What is going on?

P.S. The IP address included in Zone Alarm's alert is always the same, 198.168.01
